Service Description
This provides the opportunity for continued follow up to answer questions, trouble shoot obstacles that have popped up, provide continued customization on your plan, coach your form, and provide further guidance for next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit.
