Service Description
A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation designed around your individual goals and activities. We will assess your injury or concern, movement, mobility, strength and relevant contributing factors. Your in-person session includes hands-on assessment, individualized education and a clear treatment and exercise plan to help you return to the activities that matter to you.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit.
